Put the condensed milk in a bowl, pour the cream and beat until you get a creamy mixture. Add finely chopped figs, honey and almonds.
Stir gently and pour the mixture into a box with a lid. Be sure to cover with cling film to prevent the formation of excess crystals and to preserve the creamy texture of the ice cream.
Cover with a lid and freeze for 3-4 hours. Distribute a few balls of ice cream in dessert cups, garnish with honey if desired and serve.
