Necessary products:

 

  • 300 ml of confectionery liquid whipping cream
  • 200 grams of creamy condensed milk
  • 100 grams of liquid white chocolate
  • 300 grams of strained yogurt
  • 50 grams of ground almonds
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts
  • 80 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of ground Indian cashews
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  •  

Method of preparation:

 

Cool the cream and pour it into a bowl. Beat on low speed using a mixer. Increase speed, add condensed milk, white chocolate and strained milk.

Beat until a thick homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the vanilla, ground nuts, raisins and stir. Pour the creamy mixture into a box with a lid, put stretch film and close the container.

Freeze for 3 hours and pour the ice cream into dessert bowls. Serve and enjoy, and if desired, garnish with biscuits of your choice.
