How To Cook Ice Dessert Of Jelly Melon With Coconut Shavings - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Ice dessert of jelly melon with coconut shavings". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 270 grams of melon (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 sachet (about 90 grams) of mango jelly powder
  • 30-40 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut shavings
  • fresh mint leaves for decoration

Method of preparation :

Puree the melon using a blender.

Add the sugar and pour a little water if the fruit pulp is too thick (this depends on the juiciness of the melon).

Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring with a spoon in the meantime.

Then turn off the heat and pour the jelly, it will give a beautiful orange color to the puree. Stir until the powder dissolves. Allow the mixture to cool to about 40 degrees.

When this happens, beat with a mixer until foaming.

Cover with plastic wrap suitable shape (in this case used a square with a side length of 12 centimeters).

Put in the freezer for an hour and a half or two.

Once you remove the frozen fruit mass, remove the foil. Use a greased knife blade and cut the jelly into cubes.

Roll each in plenty of coconut shavings, garnish with mint leaves and serve the melon dessert.

Enjoy your meal!
