How To Cook Iceberg Salad With Garlic Shrimp And Sprouts - Recipe

Required products :

For garlic shrimp :

  • 12-15 medium-sized shrimps, peeled / 150-200 grams without shells /
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

For the dressing :

  • 1/4 tea cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chili, finely chopped

For the salad :

  • 75 grams of rice spaghetti
  • 3 teaspoons iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 tea cucumbers, cut into thin strips
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bean sprouts
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley leaves
  • 1/4 tea cup of mint leaves

Method of preparation :

  • In a small bowl, mix the garlic shrimp ingredients and set aside for about 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the dressing by combining the ingredients in a jar. Close it tightly, shake vigorously and set aside again.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and add the seasoned shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes or until browned, then transfer to a plate.
  • Boil the rice spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water.
  • Arrange the spaghetti and salad ingredients in a large plate or mix them in a deep bowl. Arrange on top with the garlic shrimp.
  • Sprinkle with the dressing or serve separately.
  • Submit immediately!
