Required products :

  • 100 grams of porridge
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (preferably sea salt)
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Method of preparation :

Put the nuts in the blender along with all the products except the oil. Blend until smooth. Gradually add olive oil to get a creamy consistency. If you find the sauce too thick, add more water or olive oil.
