Required products :

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafetida
  • small bunch of parsley
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Grate the potatoes and cauliflower on a medium grater. Add salt, spices (you can use some of them depending on your taste preferences) and chopped parsley. Stir and pour in the flour. Stir again, you should get a mixture from which you can form balls. Make ones with a diameter of about 2.5 - 3 cm and fry them in hot fat, and it should cover them completely. After a few minutes of frying, separate them from the pan so that they do not stick to the bottom. 5-6 minutes are enough for their preparation, fry until golden brown, turning them periodically on all sides. Remove them with a slotted spoon and arrange them on a napkin to drain off excess fat.

Serve with your favorite vegetable sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
