Necessary products
For the dough:
1.5 - 2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons sour cream
For the stuffing:
50 grams of butter
100 grams of sugar
4 bananas
chocolate shavings for decoration
Method of preparation :
Mix the egg with the sugar, then add the butter, sour cream and mix everything thoroughly. It is time to flour with baking powder and put the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Melt the butter in a baking dish, add the sugar and make liquid caramel over high heat.
Peel the bananas, cut them into thick circles or long pieces and arrange them on top of the caramel.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out into a circle with a diameter slightly larger than that of the dish and cover the bananas with it. Fold the ends inwards and place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. The dough should turn red.
When the cake is ready, carefully turn over on a suitable flat dish and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
You can replace bananas with other fruits, such as apples, pears, plums and apricots.
