  • 300 grams of biscuits
  • 100 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Cover a rectangular pan with foil, leaving the edges of the plastic wrap to come out of the mold.

Mix 350 grams of raspberries with powdered sugar and lemon peel, pour about 50 milliliters of water. Boil for 5 minutes on a high heat until the fruit crumbles and continue to cook on low heat for another 3-4 minutes until the jam thickens.

Pass the jam through a strainer, rubbing it with a spoon to remove the seeds from it.

Add 2 spoons of jam to the vanilla ice cream and stir without overdoing it. Pour into the pan and freeze for 30 minutes.

Then take the strawberry ice cream out of the freezer, wait 5 minutes for it to relax and cover the vanilla layer in the pan with it. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Pour the jam on top and flatten, return to the freezer for another 1 hour.

Grind the biscuits and pour over the melted butter. Cover the ice cream with the obtained crumbs, pressing it well against the dessert with a spoon.

Cool for 4 hours or overnight.

When serving, grate white chocolate or make it into thin flakes with a peeler.

Turn the ice cream directly into a large bowl so that the biscuits remain at the bottom.
