How To Cook Invigorating Spring Tea From Nettle, Burdock, Rose Leaves And Calendula - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Invigorating spring tea from nettle, burdock, rose petals and calendula". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons dried nettle
  • 1 tablespoon dried burdock root
  • 1 tablespoon dried marigold leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried lemon peel, dried pitted rose hips and dried rose petals
  • honey for sweetening


Method of preparation :

Mix all dry ingredients in an airtight container. Make tea from the resulting mix by pouring 1 full tablespoon of it into a tea cup of boiling water. Close the pan with a lid and cook for 20 minutes. Then strain and sweeten to taste with honey.
