How To Cook Irish Cheesecake With Baileys And Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 250 grams of graham crackers , consumed
  • 600 grams of cream cheese
  • 25 milliliters of Baileys
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 300 milliliters of whole cream, whipped
  • 100 grams of grated chocolate

For garnish :

  • 200 milliliters of whole cream, whipped
  • cocoa powder

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Cover an 18 cm round form with baking paper and pour the butter crumbs into it.
  • Press well with your palms to form the biscuit base. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  • During this time, prepare the Irish cream by beating the cream cheese in a large bowl with a mixer.
  • Add the liqueur and sugar and turn on the mixer again briefly.
  • Add the cream and grated chocolate and mix well.
  • Pour the cream over the cookie sheet and lightly flatten it with the back of a spoon.
  • Cover the pan and refrigerate the Irish cheesecake for 2 hours.
  • Transfer it to a tray, sprinkle with cocoa and chop.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and serve with a smile.
