Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of milk powder or cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 30 grams of softened butter
  • 50 milliliters of milk or liquid cream
  • 400 grams of nuts of your choice
  • 1 cup sugar

Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar, cocoa, liquid milk (or cream) and place on the hob. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly so as not to burn. Then remove from the heat and add the nuts (roasted) and butter. Stir and gradually add the dry cream (or milk). Stir again a little with a spoon, the cream will suddenly absorb and then you can knead with your hands. A firm "dough" will be obtained.

Cover the bottom of the plate with plastic wrap and sprinkle with dry cream. From the mixture form balls, arrange them in the bowl. If they are difficult to do, wet your fingers with water. When all the candies are ready, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. That is all.
