How To Cook Italian Cheesecake With Ricotta And Pistachios - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum aroma
  • crushed pistachios for serving

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 200 degrees to preheat.

Grease a pan with a diameter of 18 cm with grease of your choice (you can also use cooking spray).

Combine the ricotta with the powdered sugar, the eggs and mix well.

Add the lemon juice, extracts, orange peel and mix again.

Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Cool completely before serving and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Garnish with pistachios (or other nuts), or you can serve with your favorite fruits. Finally, grate a little more orange peel for freshness.
