How To Cook Italian Chocolate Dessert With Biscuits, Liqueur And Pecans - Recipe

Required products :

400 milliliters of liquid cream with high fat content (about 33-35%)
400 grams of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons liqueur "Bayliss"
50 grams of pecans
50 grams of biscuits
butter to spread the form

Preparation :
Pour the nuts and biscuits in a blender, grind them together.
Add the chocolate (broken into pieces) and powdered sugar to the cream. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until the consistency is uniform. Then pour the liqueur and allow the cream to cool.
Cover the inside and the bottom and walls of a suitable rectangular shape with plastic wrap, grease with oil and put half of the walnut mixture. Flatten, pressing lightly. Pour the cooled chocolate-cream combination on it. Finish the arrangement with the remaining nuts and store the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Carefully remove the finished temptation from the mold and remove the foil.

 
Cut into pieces and enjoy the amazing taste.
