Required products :

  • 1 cup ricotta tea
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • peel of 1 lemon
  • vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. If you prefer a sweeter taste, use more sugar. Add the grated lemon peel, vanilla essence and starch to the mixture (you can replace the corn with potato). Smash everything. Then add the ricotta (you can use plain cottage cheese, but pass it through a sieve) and salt. Stir well.

Line the bottom of a 18 x 18 cm baking tin with parchment paper, pour the resulting mixture, place in the oven for 45 minutes and reduce the temperature to 180 degrees. The dessert should acquire a golden color, but should not burn.

The hardest part remains: wait for it to cool down :)
