Necessary products:

  • 100 grams of oil at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (nice to be freshly ground)
  • 1/8 tea cup ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • bread (baguette, rye or any other you prefer)

Method of preparation:

Mix all products in a bowl (without bread). Then there are two ways to make bread: bake in the oven with or without foil.

If you decide to bake without foil, you should do it immediately before serving, because cold is not so tasty. Cut the bread into large pieces 1.5 cm thick. Spread the garlic sauce generously, then cut into smaller pieces. Arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven until the loaves are red.

If there is more bread, make a few "packets" and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes.

 

If you wish, you can freeze garlic bread. To do this, spread the pieces with the sauce, but do not bake, but wrap in foil and store in the refrigerator or freezer. This way you will always have ready-made flavored bread, which you only need to take out an hour before serving and preparing in one of the ways mentioned above.
