Required products :

1 tablespoon ground dry garlic

1 tablespoon ground dried onions

2 tablespoons oregano

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon sugar

1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried celery seeds

50 milliliters of vinegar

2 tablespoons water

100 milliliters of olive oil

Method of preparation :

Mix all the dry spices in a bowl and mix well. You can also use this mixture in this form to flavor dishes. To prepare salad dressing, add vinegar, water and olive oil. Pour into a bottle and shake several times. This is the classic sauce recipe. Sometimes fresh chili peppers and tomato pieces are added.
