Necessary products:
- 0.5 tsp sour cream
- 1 tsp starch (the original recipe is with arorute)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 60 grams of dark chocolate 70%
- Orange peel
Method of preparation:
Mix in a small bowl 2 tablespoons cream with starch. Bring the remaining amount of cream to a boil, add the sugar, then the starch mixture and stir until everything starts to thicken. Remove from the heat and quickly add the crushed chocolate. Stir again until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with orange peel and serve immediately.
