How To Cook Italian Meat With Tomatoes, Garlic And Olives - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 700 grams of beef
  • 3 - 4 tomatoes
  • 3 - 4 cloves of garlic
  • 150 milliliters of dry white wine
  • olive oil for frying
  • olives
  • left
  • pepper
  • basil
  • thyme
  • rosemary

Method of preparation:

Peel the meat and cut it into portions. Put thyme sprigs on it and pour the wine over it. Leave to marinate for 4 hours or refrigerate overnight. Then take the meat (without removing the thyme), drain the remaining liquid and fry it briefly in hot olive oil after the liquid has evaporated.

Peel the tomatoes (pre-fill them with boiling water for 2 minutes), chop them finely (you can grate them or grind them with a blender). Add them to the fried meat, add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Stew over low heat until the mixture turns into a sauce. Then add the chopped olives and fresh green spices. Close the pan with a lid and leave on the stove for another 10 minutes (be sure to stir).

Serve with risotto.
