Necessary products:

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 kg of red sweet peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tbsp oil 1/2 bunch basil
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 100 ml liquid cooking cream
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

Boil the potatoes, pour cold water over them, peel and cut into circles. Place them in a greased pan.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into large pieces. Cut the onion in half lengthwise, then into slices and fry it in oil until golden. Cut the basil leaves, mix them with cream, egg yolks, 50 grams of grated cheese, salt, season with pepper and beat.

Put the peppers on the potatoes, then the fried onions, pour over the cream sauce and sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Served as a side dish.
