Required products :
apples (if possible, use different colors)
500 milliliters of water
200 grams of sugar
orange juice
gelatin
coconut shavings for decoration
Preparation :
Cut the apples into thin circles and boil them for about 5 minutes (maybe more) in a syrup made from water and sugar. The fruits should soften, soaked in the sweet liquid. Then remove on parchment and let cool slightly.
You can boil the apples in portions - one portion = one apple (cut, boil, cool ...).
Arrange the circles on top of each other, using different colors to shape the roses. Put them in muffin tins (for example, silicone) or other
suitable deep bowls. Drizzle the fruit with jelly made from the remaining sugar syrup, to which add orange juice and dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions.
The jelly will not allow the roses to fall apart, they will retain their shape.
Put them in the refrigerator for a while.
Before serving, sprinkle the finished dessert with coconut shavings.
