Learn how to cook "Jelly biscuit cake with bananas and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

400 grams dark biscuits
100 grams butter
3 bananas
500 grams sour cream
1 incomplete tea cup sugar
30 grams gelatin
1 incomplete tea cup water (to dissolve gelatin) a
handful of walnuts

Method of preparation :

Crush the biscuits to make a "flour" (don't worry if larger pieces remain).

Add the oil (at room temperature) and mix thoroughly.

Cover the bottom of a suitable deep form with plastic wrap and "stick" the biscuit dough on the bottom and walls.

Arrange the bananas, peeled and cut into circles (1 or 2 layers) on the prepared base.

Using a mixer, beat the cream and sugar. Add the gelatin, which you have previously dissolved in an incomplete glass of water, and mix everything until a uniform consistency.

Cover the bananas with cream and sprinkle with butter crumbs.

Wrap the form with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until the cake is completely firm. When this happens, turn it over on a flat dish, remove the cover and sprinkle with the ground walnuts.

Enjoy your meal!
