Required products :

1 kg of carp
20 grams of gelatin
50 grams of honey
50 grams of raisins
1 onion
salt, pepper and parsley to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Clean and cut the carp into portions. Put in a saucepan, add salt, add chopped onion and parsley, black pepper. Pour cold water and cook until done. Then remove the fish from the broth, strain it and let it cool.

Dissolve the gelatin in water (according to the instructions on the package), pour into the broth and the liquid should boil. Once this is done, remove the pan from the heat and allow the contents to cool. Then mix it with honey and raisins.

Put the pieces of fish in a suitable container, fill them with sweet gelatin and leave the dish in the cold to harden.
