Required products :
450 milliliters of champagne or sparkling wine
1 tablespoon sugar
5 teaspoons gelatin powder
Method of preparation :
Pour 200 milliliters of champagne into a small saucepan, add a spoonful of sugar, gelatin and put in a water bath until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
When removed from the heat, add the remaining champagne and stir. Transfer the liquid to a baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
To remove the finished jelly from the dish, immerse it in warm water and separate the contents from the walls with a knife. Then carefully turn the form and cut the jelly into small cubes.
Sprinkle with sugar crystals and you can now serve the jelly champagne.
