Required products :
150 grams of shortbread cookies
70 grams of butter
500 grams of soft high-fat cottage cheese
250-300 grams of condensed milk
200 grams of natural yogurt
20 grams of gelatin
2-3 well-ripened apples of paradise
50 grams of chocolate if desired - for decoration
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Mix it with the biscuits that you have previously crushed finely.
Spread the biscuit base on the bottom of a suitable form. Cover the walls of the dish with the "dough". Press and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions marked on the package.
Pass the curd through a sieve and mix it with yogurt and condensed milk. Beat with a mixer.
Place the bowl of gelatin in a water bath and let it dissolve. When this happens, pour into the bowl with the other products. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Peel the paradise apples from the stalks and seeds, cut them at random and add the pieces of fruit to the curd.
Remove the base from the refrigerator, spread the resulting cream on it, flatten and return to the refrigerator until the filling is firm.
Decorate the dessert with pieces of persimmon, melted or grated chocolate or optional.
