Necessary products

For swamps:

350 grams of biscuits
200 grams of
sunflower seeds to taste a
pinch of vanilla or to taste

For the souffle:

400 grams of cream cheese
150 grams of sugar
300 grams of sour cream
20 grams of gelatin
120 milliliters of semi-sweet white wine

For the fruit layer:

300 grams of grapes
300 milliliters of semi-sweet white wine

For decoration:

1 packet of jelly / glaze
1 slice of lemon
grapes to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Pour the wine over them and let them stay overnight.

Grind the biscuits, mix them with the butter (at room temperature), add the sunflower seeds (you can use other seeds or nuts of your choice), stir and the cheesecake base is ready.

Distribute it in a suitable container (about 26 cm in diameter), the bottom of which you have covered with parchment. Level the surface and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Allow the marsh to cool in the mold.

Drain the wine juice from the beans and start making the souffle.

Pour gelatin with 120 milliliters of white wine and leave for 10-15 minutes to swell. Then place in a water bath until completely dissolved, but do not allow to boil. Let cool.

Whip the cream with the sugar until the sweet crystals dissolve. Then add the cream cheese and beat thoroughly again.

In a separate bowl, mix the cooled gelatin with a few tablespoons of the resulting cream and combine with the rest of the souffle.

Spread some of the stuffing on the marsh, put grapes on top and follow the stuffing again. Level the surface and store the dessert in the refrigerator.

Make a jelly for decoration according to the instructions on the package. Let it cool and pour it over the already firm cheesecake. Close the form with a suitable lid or other container and return to the refrigerator overnight.

Then take out the cheesecake on a tray and garnish with lemon slices, grapes or as your imagination suggests.

Enjoy your meal!
