How To Cook Jelly Chicken Liver Pate And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of chicken liver
500-600 grams of yellow cheese
20 grams of gelatin
300 grams of tomatoes
150 grams of carrots
300 grams of onion
green spices and salt to taste
oil

 

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with 300 milliliters of boiled cold water and leave for an hour.

 

Peel an onion and chop finely.

 

Tomatoes - in small cubes.

 

Chop the fresh green spices.

 

Carrots (raw) - grate with a fine grater.

 

Yellow cheese too.

 

Fry until golden onion in hot oil.

 

Add the chicken livers, add salt to taste and let them fry for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool.

 

Place the gelatin pan on the hob and heat the mixture, but do not let it boil. Then you need to cool down a bit.

 

Grind the livers.

 

Add the carrots.

 

Add half of the gelatin to them and mix thoroughly.

 

Make the yellow cheese mixture. To do this, put the cheese in a bowl and combine with tomatoes and green spices, add the remaining gelatin.

 

 

Distribute half of the liver in a suitable container, level the surface.

 

Put all the yellow cheese mass on it and flatten again.

 

The third layer is from the rest of the liver. Refrigerate for a few hours.

 

You can then serve the pate.
