Required products :

550 milliliters of coffee (how strong, judge for yourself)

550 milliliters of milk

25 grams of gelatin

sugar to taste

for sprinkling: grated chocolate, caramel, crushed nuts, powdered sugar, fruit ...

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with a glass of boiling water and leave at room temperature for as long as indicated on the package. Coffee can be freshly brewed or used instantly. Make it and while it is hot, add sugar to taste and half of the gelatin, mix thoroughly. Bring the milk to a boil and when this is done, add a little sugar and the remaining gelatin. Turn off the hob.

Distribute the coffee with gelatin in suitable molds (the thickness of the layer should be about 1.5 - 2 cm) and store in the refrigerator to harden. The time depends on the quality of the gelatin itself. Then put a "layer" of milk (with gelatin and sugar) also about 1.5 - 2 cm thick. Put the cups back in the fridge until the two layers harden. Continue alternating coffee and milk, make as many layers as you want.

When the dessert is ready, sprinkle with grated chocolate, nuts of your choice or whatever you prefer.

Enjoy your meal!
