Necessary products:

 

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 5 grams of vanilla
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 400 grams of soft peaches
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon liquid honey

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the milk with the sugar, vanilla and seeds. Soak them overnight to absorb the liquid and swell.

Peel the peaches, put them in a blender, add honey and 1 tablespoon of water. Beat until smooth, pour the mixture into a bowl and add gelatin.

Stir to dissolve. In dessert cups, pour one tablespoon of fruit jelly, add 1-2 tablespoons of the milk mixture and finish with the jelly. Cool the flints, serve and enjoy.
