Necessary products:

5 eggs

100 grams of salami, ham, salmon or anything else of your choice

3 tablespoons canned corn

2 tomatoes

parsley (maybe dill or other of your choice)

For the broth:

a piece of chicken fillet

10 grams of gelatin

salt to taste

Method of preparation:

A few days before Easter, prepare the shells to make these interesting eggs: take the raw egg and make a small hole in its wide side. The contents should run out (you can make an omelet from it). Then wash the already hollow eggs well under running water, but not under strong pressure, so as not to break the shells. Leave them to dry for a few days.

Make the broth. Boil the fillet until ready. Before that, pour gelatin with cold water and let it soak for an hour. Add salt to taste, pour 1 cup of it and mix with gelatin. Then add to the remaining broth.

Finely chop the meat, corn, tomatoes and parsley. Carefully fill the egg with the products through the hole, but do not overdo the filling - the products should not be stuffed, but should be located completely freely. Then pour the broth with gelatin (to fill the free space) and leave the eggs overnight in the refrigerator.

You can experiment with the filling.

Peel carefully before serving.

Happy holidays and bon appetit!
