How To Cook Jelly Fruit Cake With Milk, Cottage Cheese And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

700 grams of cottage cheese

1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
40 grams gelatin
3 cups pasteurized milk
1 cup
vanilla walnuts to taste
2 tangerines
2 kiwis
canned peaches and pineapple

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with a glass of fresh milk and leave for 30-40 minutes to swell. Then dissolve in the remaining hot milk over low heat, not allowing to boil.

Pour boiling water over the raisins and let them stay in it for about 20-30 minutes, then drain the liquid and dry the fruit.

Cut the walnuts into large pieces.

Mash or grind the cottage cheese, mix it with the sugar. Add sour cream, raisins and walnuts. Add vanilla to taste and pour the jelly mixture. Mix everything well.

Arrange pieces of tangerines on the bottom of a detachable form, which you cover with a part of the milk combination with the raisins and walnuts. Followed by pieces of kiwi, again cream cheese, pineapple, cottage cheese, peaches and finish with cream.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to harden. Do not arrange the fruit tightly.

Before serving the dessert, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate or coconut shavings.
