Necessary products:

 

  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 30 milliliters of water
  • 280 grams of Philadelphia cheese
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 175 milliliters of liquid confectionery cream
  • 300 grams of berry jam

 

for the couverture:

 

  • 150 milliliters of tonic
  • 100 milliliters of gin
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 4 sheets of gelatin
  • pink food coloring
  • fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries or pomegranate for decoration
  • fresh mint leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the cheese, cream, marmalade and cream in a bowl. Beat the mixture until creamy and cool. Dissolve the gelatin in the water and warm it after 5 minutes. Cool and combine with the fruit mixture.

Mix well and pour the mixture into dessert cups or form. Cool, meanwhile dissolve the gelatin for the coating and heat for 5 minutes. Mix gin and tonic, add sugar and paint, mix and combine.

Spread the pink liquid on the already gelled creams and cool for at least 3-4 hours. Garnish with fruit and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve and enjoy the taste.
