400 g of sugar

1 tbsp grated lemon peel

1 tbsp grated orange peel

50 g gelatin

175 ml of lemon juice

175 ml of orange juice

Method of preparation:

Mix in a saucepan 75 ml of orange juice with 75 ml of lemon juice, add 1 tbsp of grated citrus peel. Bring the mixture to a boil and leave on the stove for 5 minutes, then strain. Add gelatin to the resulting liquid and stir. Once the gelatin has dissolved, add 360 grams of sugar and mix thoroughly. Pour the remaining fruit juice and mix well once more.

When the liquid cools down a bit, pour it into a rectangular shape, lined with baking paper (grease the paper with a little oil) and refrigerate for 10 hours.

When you take the jam out of the fridge, turn it over on a board, cut into large squares with a sharp knife. Roll each mold in granulated sugar and put back in the fridge.
