How To Cook Jelly Milk Dessert With Cottage Cheese And Lemon Juice - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 125 milliliters of natural yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 9 grams of gelatin
  • 75 milliliters of lemon juice
  • sweetener of your choice and taste

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the lemon juice with water (as needed to dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package), add the gelatin and leave for 5 minutes. Then heat over low heat to dissolve and cool.

Beat the curd together with the yogurt and sweetener. Pour lemon juice with gelatin.

Beat the two egg whites to a froth and carefully add to the milk and curd combination.

Transfer the mixture to a form that refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

When this time is up, you can serve the dessert with a decoration of your choice.
