Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of fresh figs
  • 500 milliliters of whipping cream
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum or cognac
  • 50 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the gelatin leaves in water and set aside. Pour the cream into a bowl, beat and add the sugar. Continue until you get a cream.

Put the figs, a spoonful of rum or cognac in a blender and beat until smooth. Set aside 2-3 figs for decoration.

Combine the fruit with the milk mixture, stir and add the gelatin. Pour into a form of your choice, garnish with chopped figs and freeze for two hours. Remove, cut and serve.
