Required products :
650 milliliters of yogurt (or kefir)
150 grams of mayonnaise
2 boiled medium carrots
3 - 4 pickles
2 boiled eggs
100 grams of ham
3 teaspoons gelatin
salt and pepper to taste
green onions if desired
Method of preparation :
Dissolve gelatin in 50 milliliters of water (according to the instructions on the sachet), mix it with yogurt (at room temperature) and mayonnaise. It is best to beat with a mixer on medium speed. Add salt to taste and add finely chopped eggs and carrots, ham and pickles (also chopped). Optionally add green onions.
Grease suitable molds with oil, distribute the salad in them and store in the refrigerator until gelled.
