Required products :

  • 200 grams of boiled pork leg (without fat)
  • 200 grams of boiled pork tongue
  • 200 grams of pork ham
  • 600 milliliters of meat broth
  • 24 grams of gelatin
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 1 pickle
  • canned peas and corn
  • parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with cold water for 30 minutes to swell.

Meanwhile, cut the cooked tongue, ham and ham into thin straws. Cut carrots figuratively, using a suitable knife or mold.

Add some of the meat broth to the swollen gelatin and heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then pour the remaining meat liquid and the combination should boil.

Pour (thin stream) some of the jelly into a plate and wait for it to set. Once this is done, place the meat straws, carrot figurines, peas, corn and parsley on it, alternating them and matching the colors of the products to make a beautiful appetizer.

Cover everything with a thin layer of gelatin broth, which is left to harden. Then pour the remaining amount, the thickness should not be more than half a centimeter.

Wait for the jelly to harden well and you can serve the appetizer.
