How To Cook Jelly Spinach Cubes With Mushrooms And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 280 grams of canned mushrooms
  • 100 grams of feta cheese (for the filling)
  • 250 grams of cream cheese (for the filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (in the dough)
  • 6 tablespoons finely chopped spinach (for the dough)
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder (for the dough)
  • 6 tablespoons flour (for the dough)
  • 6 tablespoons sour cream (half for the dough, the rest - for the filling)
  • 6 tablespoons oil (for the dough)
  • 6 eggs (for the dough)
  • 20 grams of dill (for the dough)
  • 5 grams of gelatin leaves (for the dough)
  • 40 milliliters of boiled water (for the dough)
  • 10 grams of mayonnaise (for decoration)
  • 10 grams of ketchup (for decoration)

 

Method of preparation :

First make the dough. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

 

Beat the yolks with a mixer.

 

Wash and grind the spinach leaves with a blender (you can also use frozen if you do not have fresh).

 

Add the oil, spinach, salt and beat to the yolks.

 

Then add the flour sifted with baking powder, cream.

 

Beat again.

 

Beat the cooled egg whites to a froth, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.

 

Add 3-4 tablespoons of them to the spinach mass and mix gently with a spoon.

 

Then add the remaining egg white foam and stir, of course.

 

Bake two loaves in a small detachable square shape with an approximate side size of 23 centimeters. Pre-cover the bottom of the dish with parchment.

 

The oven temperature should be 190 degrees and the required time is about 15 minutes.

 

While the marshmallows are cooling, make a cream. Mix the cream cheese and feta in a bowl.

 

Add the sour cream and finely chopped dill.

 

Stir.

 

Cut the canned mushrooms.

 

Pour gelatin for 10 minutes with warm boiled water, stir until dissolved and strain.

 

Add a few tablespoons of the cheese mixture and stir.

 

Then pour this combination over the cheese and stir. Add the mushrooms.

 

The filling is ready.

 

Align the cooled countertops by cutting the edges with a knife.

 

Then cut them into 3 parts, one of which will be two smaller halves.

 

Spread half of the mushroom mixture on one whole loaf.

 

Cover with the two smaller pieces.

 

Next is the remaining mushroom cream.

 

And finish with the third layer of spinach.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate the appetizer for about an hour.

 

When you take it out, cut it into squares.

 

Arrange in a flat plate, tray or other suitable container.

 

Garnish with ketchup and mayonnaise and serve.
