Learn how to cook "Jelly strawberry dessert with cottage cheese and chocolate chip cookies". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon cottage cheese (fresh and soft)
  • 1 incomplete tea cup of yogurt
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 2-2.5 tablespoons gelatin
  • a few chocolate chip cookies
  • 5 tablespoons sugar (or put to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

Pour gelatin with boiled chilled water and leave for 5 minutes.

Pour both types of sugar into the curd and stir. Then add the yogurt and blend the mixture until smooth.

Heat the gelatin to dissolve it completely, then pour it over the curd and beat again with a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Wash the strawberries under running water and cut them into medium-sized pieces. Add them to the cream and mix very carefully, making sure that the fruit does not fall to the bottom of the dish in which the dessert will be cooled.

Turn the chocolate biscuits into crumbs and sprinkle with the fruit delicacy. Again, be careful, the crumbs should not sink into the cream.

Put the dessert in the refrigerator. In order not to absorb odors from other foods, it is good to cover the dish with a lid or stretch film.

After two hours you can serve.

Enjoy your meal!
