Required products :

1-2 carrots
4 eggs
250 grams ham
125 grams canned peas
125 grams canned corn
6 teaspoons gelatin
150 milliliters broth
6 tablespoons sour cream
10 tablespoons liquid cream
2 cloves garlic
salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the carrots whole and without peeling, then cut into cubes.

Boil the eggs hard, peel them. Cut the ham into cubes.

In a bowl, mix the corn, peas, carrots and ham.

Pour gelatin with the broth and wait for it to swell.

Beat the liquid cream with a mixer, add the fermented and crushed garlic cloves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Heat the broth, let the gelatin dissolve completely and allow to cool slightly. Then, pouring a thin stream, mix it with the cream combination. Stir gently.

Cover the bottom of a rectangular tray with plastic wrap. First, distribute the vegetables, whole boiled eggs and ham. Drizzle with gelatin and refrigerate for a few hours.

When the terrine has cooled and hardened, cut into pieces and serve.
