Required products :
2 kg of beef fillet
1.5 kg of onion
1 liter of light beer
spices to taste: curry, black peppercorns, oregano, thyme, dried basil
Method of preparation :
Cut the meat into large cubes. Peel an onion and grate it, then add the spices and mix thoroughly.
Pour the wine and put the veal in the aromatic mixture. Put some weight and let the meat marinate overnight. Refrigerate if you are cooking during the summer.
The next day, bake skewers, which are served with a salad of fresh vegetables and barbecue sauce.
The meat becomes juicy and tender, with a very pleasant aroma.
