Necessary products:

 

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 grams of ground cumin
  • 2-3 slices of dry bread
  • 100 milliliters of dark beer
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 100 grams of diced yellow cheese
  • pinch of crushed hot peppers
  • frying oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the beer into a bowl and soak the dry bread. In another bowl put the minced meat and add the finely chopped onion and parsley, beat the eggs, season with salt, pepper, cumin, hot peppers.

Stir, add the swollen bread and knead the minced meat. Cool, form balls, press them lightly with your hands and put a cube of yellow cheese in the middle.

Turn on all sides, form meatballs, beat in flour and fry in hot fat. When ready, drain, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
