How To Cook Juicy Chicken Breast With Paprika And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

  • In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, parsley, salt and olive oil. Stir until smooth paste.
  • Coat the chicken breasts on both sides with the mixture and let them taste for 20 minutes.
  • During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cover the pan with aluminum foil.
  • Distribute the fillets and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • Turn and bake for another 8-10 minutes or until the desired readiness of the meat. The time will vary according to the thickness of the chicken breasts.
  • Let them rest for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to distribute evenly.
  • Serve the chicken fillets warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley and garnished with your choice.
