Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced pork
  • 300 grams of minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 grams of black pepper
  • 10 grams of cumin powder
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 milliliters of cold milk
  • 4 slices of dry bread
  • 2 eggs
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 onion, grated

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put both types of meat in a bowl, add salt, pepper, cumin and garlic. Stir. Dip the dry bread in the milk, drain the excess liquid and add to the mixture. Beat the eggs, add the onion and parsley.

Knead the minced meat, it is best to mix it with a metal stirrer so that it does not get warm from the hands. Cool it and remove after an hour.

Form meatballs, heat fat in a pan and fry until golden on all sides. Arrange the meatballs on a plate and serve with a garnish of your choice.
