Required products :

potatoes
bacon or boiled-smoked breast
onion (white or red)
mustard
oil
white balsamic vinegar
radish
green onion
pickles
vegetable or chicken broth

Determine the exact quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired number of servings of ready-made salad.

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes whole and without peeling them, leave them to cool. Cut the bacon into thin strips and bake in a dry pan until crispy.

Pour into a sieve to drain off excess fat.

Cut the radishes into circles.

Finely chop the green onions and add to the radishes.

Peel the potatoes, cut them randomly and also pour over the radishes.

It is time to add bacon to the other products. Stir.

Then make the sauce.

Cut old onions into small pieces, pickles - into small cubes. Mix them.

Add a little mustard, balsamic vinegar and oil to them. Pour the resulting combination with hot (mandatory) broth and stir.

Then season the salad with the dressing and let it stand for about half an hour to taste.

You can serve as a side dish or as a standalone dish.

Enjoy your meal!
