Learn how to cook "Juicy stewed chicken in onion in the oven". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 medium sized chicken
4 large heads old onion
20 grams butter
1-2 bay leaves
5-7 grains black pepper a
pinch of salt a
pinch of ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
Cut the chicken into portions (of course, you can use legs or another preferred part of the bird). Cut onions into semicircles or quarters.
At the bottom of the pan put the pieces of butter, bay leaves, peppercorns and half an onion. Follow the chicken pieces and season with salt and ground pepper.
Cover with the remaining onion, close the pan with a lid and place in the oven.
In an hour and a half the juicy and fragrant dish will be ready.
