In a large bowl, mix the velvet with the melted butter and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth.
From the combination, form flat circles in your palm, which you place in the prepared silicone molds, giving the appearance of baskets.
Bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven (temperature to be 180 degrees). During this time, be sure to watch, as the base can burn in seconds.
Leave the finished baskets to cool and store at room temperature in a closed container until you make the filling and it's time to serve the dessert.
The filling is of your choice, the options are endless. Here are some ideas for one.
With cream cheese and chocolate
Put a full teaspoon of ricotta on the bottom of each velvet basket. Then a piece of fig, pour liquid honey or syrup and serve immediately.
With cream, halva and pistachios
Whip the cream, add the halva to it and stir until you get a marble mixture. Fill the baskets with it, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
With cream, chocolate and ice cream
Pour cream into a bowl, put on the stove to boil. When this happens, add the chocolate and stir until smooth.
Distribute the ice cream in the kadaif baskets, pour over the warm glaze and hurry to enjoy the dessert.
