How To Cook Kadaif Funnels With Bacon And Cream Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 carrot
  • 150 grams of cream cheese
  • 150 grams of kadaif
  • 40 grams of butter

 

Method of preparation :

Wash, peel and cut the carrot into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.

 

Make cones / funnels out of aluminum foil and wrap the bacon strips around them.

 

Next is a layer of carrots.

 

Cover tightly with kadaif threads and apply plenty of melted butter.

 

 

Bake the rolls in the oven for about 15 minutes (until golden brown, at 180 degrees) and remove the foil.

 

Wait for it to cool and fill with cream cheese (use a pastry syringe).
