Choose the unconventional and prepare a Bolognese kangaroo for dinner. Kangaroo meat is naturally lean and healthy.

Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 carrot, cut into small cubes
  • 1 stalk of celery, cut into small cubes
  • 200 grams of mushrooms, cut into cubes
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 1 kg of kangaroo meat, minced
  • 2 canned diced tomatoes (800 grams)
  • 1/4 tea cup tomato paste
  • 1 liter of beef broth
  • 2 packs of pasta in spirals with einkorn
  • sea ​​salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 tea cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup parmesan, grated

Method of preparation :

Fry onions, garlic, carrots, celery, mushrooms and zucchini in hot olive oil, stirring to mix.

Cover with a lid and cook until the vegetables are soft. Increase the heat and add the kangaroo minced meat. Cook until browned and cooked. Pour the tomatoes and tomato paste, stir and, after boiling, add the pasta. Reduce heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves, season with salt and pepper, stir and serve the Bolognese kangaroo with grated Parmesan cheese.
