How To Cook Katak With Pickles, Olives, Walnuts And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Katak with pickles, olives, walnuts and dill". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 300 grams of sheep cheese
  • 8 tablespoons sheep's yogurt
  • large olives to taste (about 15)
  • 1/2 fresh cucumber or a few pickles
  • ground walnuts to taste
  • spices: salt, dill, olive oil, maybe garlic

Method of preparation:

Mash the cheese and mix it with the milk. Chop the olives, cucumbers, dill (and garlic if using). Mix the products, season with salt, olive oil and sprinkle with ground walnuts. You can decorate with basil leaves.
