How To Cook Keto Candies With Peanut Butter And Dark Chocolate - Recipe

Candies high in healthy fats and low in carbohydrates. This is exactly what everyone who is on a keto diet needs. Make sure you use peanut butter and sugar-free chocolate chips.

These candies will satiate you for a long time and can even speed up your metabolism. Store them in the refrigerator and eat them when you feel that your energy is declining. Your stomach will thank you.

Required products :

  • 220 grams of cream cheese, soft
  • 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter (suitable for keto mode)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil + 2 tbsp
  • 1/4 teaspoon beehive salt
  • 1/2 tea cup dark chocolate chips (suitable for keto mode)

Method of preparation :

Put a sheet of parchment paper in a tray.

In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, 1/4 teaspoon coconut oil and kosher salt. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Put the bowl in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to harden the mixture.

Then take it out of the freezer and use a candy shaping spoon to make small balls. Arrange them on parchment paper and put in the freezer for 5 minutes to firm up.

Mix the chocolate chips with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and melt in the microwave or water bath. Sprinkle the shaped candies with the chocolate mixture and put back in the fridge to harden for about 5 minutes.

Store in a box with a closed lid and in the refrigerator.
